Q: How do I cash-out?
A: There are a number of safe and easy methods you can use to cash-out from your account. We have partnered with the most established, secure and trustworthy payment merchants in the industry to ensure it's easy for you to make transactions. All you need to do is go to the "withdraw" section in the "Cashier" section and choose your preferred method. Be sure the Withdraw Verification Form has been completed and returned to us
Q: Can I transfer my funds to another player?
A: We do not permit or support player to player transfer. If this is found to be occurring within WNXWN Casino by chip-dumping or an alternative method, it will result in the accounts involved being suspended.
Q: What currency will my cash-out be in?
A: The answer to this question depends on which method you use to deposit. Although we deal with USD and EURO universally at WNXWN, the currency you receive depends on the following:
For any e-wallet account that is set in a foreign currency (Moneybookers, Neteller, Click2Pay), funds are sent in USD, converted by the e-wallet, then released to you. You should contact your e-wallet of choice for conversion rates.
Checks are sent in your local currency. (As long as we are able to send a check to that country.)
If your e-wallet is in US currency they you will receive US dollars
Q: Are there any cash-out fees?
A: Cashing-out from your account is absolutely free. However, for courier checks under $1,000, there is a $30 courier charge deducted from the withdrawn amount.
Q: When will I receive my cash-out?
A: This varies depending on the payment system you choose to receive your cash-out:
Processing time:
NETELLER - 1-3 Business days
Click2Pay - 1-2 Business days
Normal check - 7-20 Business days
Couriered check - 1-4 Business days
Moneybookers - 1-5 Business days
Visa 1-3 business days
Business days are Monday-Friday. No processing is done on Saturday or Sunday. If you request a cash-out on a Friday, which takes one business day, expect it on Monday.
Q: Where will my check be sent?
A: The checks are sent to the address you entered when you registered for a WNXWN account and the address shown on the Withdraw Verifications Form. If you are not sure that the address is correct, please check your address information on the 'My Profile' section. A fee will be charged for checks sent to incorrect addresses, or for checks cancelled after they have been processed.
Q: Can I cancel a cash-out?
A: Yes. When you have requested a cash-out, the cash-out needs to be processed by our staff, which is done within 24 hours. Before the cash-out has been processed, you are able to cancel it. The money will then be deposited back into your account. This option is listed on the deposit page amongst the other deposit forms, but only if you have any non-processed cash-outs.
Q: How come my cash-out is less than expected?
A: This could be because you choose a different cash-out option than what you originally deposited with. Most e-wallets have an equal cash-in/cash-out policy. If you don't find the balance of your funds in your other account, then contact Player Support.
